Eligible Use & Consent
- Ideal For: OTPs, order/account alerts and transactional notifications, and permission-based marketing email such as newsletters, offers, and announcements.
- Promotional email may only be sent to recipients who have given explicit, verifiable opt-in consent. Purchased, rented, harvested, co-registration, or scraped third-party lists are strictly prohibited.
- Every promotional email must carry accurate sender identification (no forged headers or misleading From/Subject lines) and a working, honoured unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism.
- Unsubscribe requests must be honoured platform-wide; a recipient who has opted out must not be re-added to any future send.
- Prohibited content includes phishing, malware, illegal goods/services, and any content violating applicable Indian law — the same content policy applied across our SMS and Voice platforms.
Deliverability & Account Standing
- You must configure SPF, DKIM and (recommended) DMARC records for your sending domain before sending at volume; our team assists with setup.
- New sending domains and dedicated IPs are subject to a mandatory IP/domain warm-up schedule; sending your full quota on day one is not permitted and can harm deliverability for your account and others on shared infrastructure.
- Accounts exceeding acceptable bounce-rate or spam-complaint thresholds may be throttled, paused, or suspended to protect platform-wide sender reputation — contact support before this happens if you expect a large or unfamiliar list.
- Dedicated IP allocation (where applicable) does not guarantee inbox placement; final delivery depends on mailbox-provider policies outside our control.
Billing
- Payment is 100% advance; GST @ 18% is mandatory on all plans.
- Credit validity: 1 Year from the date of purchase. Additional credits can be topped up at your plan's per-email rate at any time.
- Do email us the payment details with transaction ID at account@smsgatewayhub.com.
- Any changes in applicable law or platform policy will be applicable with effect from the date of communication.
Important Awareness Notice: Don't be fooled by providers who quote ultra-cheap email rates but skip sender authentication, IP warm-up, or list-hygiene checks — your emails end up in spam and your domain reputation suffers long after you've moved on. We build authentication and warm-up into onboarding by default, on every plan.
