Call customers and explain bulk SMS, voice, IVR, long code based and other IT and VAS services we provide, such as voice SMS and missed call services.

Handle enquiries

Handle sales enquiries through phone, chat and email, and respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods.

Build relationships

Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, and maintain a computerised customer and prospect database.
