In Excel open Home → Add-ins → More Add-ins → My Add-ins → Upload My Add-in and choose the file. Your IT admin can also deploy it for everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin centre (Integrated apps).
Click Send messages on the Home tab and sign in with your CPaaS API key (Panel → CPaaS → Unified API → API keys). Your SMS and RCS keys are saved once in My Profile → Connectors.
Choose SMS, WhatsApp or RCS, pick the sender and template, map the columns, preview and send.

Download Excel_Plugin_SMSGATEWAYHUB.zip, unzip it and copy SMSGATEWAYHUB_Plugin.xlam into %APPDATA%\Microsoft\AddIns\ (press Windows + R, paste the path, Enter).

In Excel open File → Options → Add-ins → Manage: Excel Add-ins → Go → Browse, select SMSGATEWAYHUB_Plugin.xlam, tick it and click OK.
Open the new SMS Gateway Hub tab, click Settings and enter your API Key — you are ready to send. Full steps with screenshots of every option: User Guide (PDF).

Launch Microsoft Excel — a new SMSGATEWAYHUB™ button appears on the menu bar (or under Add-Ins in Office 2007+). Select Login and enter your User ID and Password to connect your account.
