What is a step?

Only action steps count towards your monthly steps: sending a WhatsApp, SMS, RCS or email message, an HTTP request, creating a CRM lead, adding a Google Sheet row, adding someone to a WhatsApp group and an email check. Triggers, delays, conditions and set-variable steps are free.

Example: an order flow that checks the amount, waits 10 minutes, sends a WhatsApp confirmation and adds a row to a Google Sheet uses 2 steps for each order. On the Pro plan that is about 12,500 orders a month.

Fair use on the Unlimited plan

  • Unlimited is for the account holder's own business. Agencies and resellers use our Reseller plans.
  • Steps are under fair use of 10 lakh a month. Above that the account is reviewed and runs are slowed after a notice, never stopped silently.
  • Scheduled flows run at most every 5 minutes, and one run can have up to 100 steps.
  • Email checks are up to 2,50,000 a month.
