Call Forwarding
Call forwarding is a feature that enables users to forward or redirect incoming calls to any alternate number, which may either be a land line or a cellular number.
Types of Call Forwarding
- Immediate Call forwarding: Immediately forwards incoming calls to a specified number.
- Busy Call Forwarding: : Forwards incoming calls to a specified number (instead of voicemail) when busy on another call
- No Answer Call Forwarding: Forwards incoming calls to a specified number (instead of voicemail), when call is not answered (usually after about 4 to 6 rings), or if the phone is not on.

- Prevents callers from being faced by a voice call message
- Increases employee mobility without reducing communication.
- Allows a business to expand its perceived presence by having multiple numbers forwarded to the same central location.
