Does SMS pricing vary by destination country?
For the 5,000 to 50,000 SMS tiers, we charge one flat blended per-SMS rate across every one of our 186+ supported countries. For volumes of 1,00,000 SMS or more to a specific country, destination-specific enterprise rates apply — request a custom quote.
What does "Lifetime Validity" mean for International SMS credit?
Effective 1st September 2026, International SMS credit no longer expires after a fixed period. Your unused balance stays valid for as long as your account remains active, with no forced renewal or credit forfeiture.
I purchased international credit before 1st September 2026 — does Lifetime Validity apply to my existing balance too?
Yes. Lifetime Validity applies to International SMS credit balances from 1st September 2026 onward, including unused credit carried over from earlier purchases.
Is DLT registration required for International SMS?
No. TRAI's DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) framework applies to commercial SMS terminating on Indian mobile numbers. Outbound International SMS sent to the 186+ countries we support does not require Indian DLT registration.
Why is pricing shown in Euros (EUR)?
International SMS termination costs are billed by overseas carriers in Euros, the standard settlement currency for cross-border SMS in the industry, so we quote International rates in EUR rather than INR.
Does Sender ID support vary by country?
Yes. Some countries allow custom alphanumeric Sender IDs, while others restrict messaging to a shared numeric or generic sender due to local telecom regulations. Our team can confirm Sender ID support for your specific destination before you send.
What happens for volumes above 1,00,000 SMS to one country?
Above 1,00,000 SMS to a single destination, pricing becomes destination-specific based on that country's actual carrier termination cost. Call us or request a custom quote for enterprise-volume rates.
